How to contact dell for a laptop support?

I actually just want to curse on them for making a partition for my window 7 os.... ITS LAME it gives me 60gb for boot and the rest for storage on my laptop!! like whats the advantage?? now that is full, i am soo pissed!!! i cant extend the C: and u know and if u use softwares to extend it, there are chance that i will damage the system... **** THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!… please tell me...
