Am I misreading her intentions?

There is this girl that I work with who is sending me strange signals. We both have a mutual attraction to each other but aren't dating because she is already in a relationship. She says she's happy and in love with her girlfriend yet she keeps flirting with me and making suggestive comments. What am I suppose to make of this?
