Does she like me or am I misreading it?

I am the absolute worse person on the planet at reading women. First off im not a teenager im 26 years old and a father of a 3 year old. Ive been single for awhile and fell out of the dating scene. Well this woman when we have hung out she was laying her head on my shoulder, holding my hand, she would randomly kiss my hand, and we made out quite a bit. The Problem is woman are so difficult to read. I've seen things like this before and i got thrown in the "friend zone"
