How can i make this stupid dog stop humping?

Im dog sitting my neighbors dogs and the shitzu keeps humping the Maltiese. I yell his name and he gets off but he keeps on getting back on the maltiese. Im not staying over at their house so i cant imagine how much the shitzu humps the maltiese when im not there to repremand him. What should i do?
