I Really Need Some Help With My Laptop?

Ok so on my laptop i cant go on the internet or restore my system or do almost anything because of a probram thats saying things like i cant go into the system restore because of viruses and i cant go on the internet to get one of the anti-virus softwares and the one one thats scanning the problems costs to much to fix the problems its scanning so what should i do?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
