Free newsletter softwares that print out..?

Not looking for a stupid email newsletter software. Looking for a semi complex newsletter or magazine maker or software, whatever...something cool that i can print out on card stock and create my OWN cool templates, not some silly little online thing that has about three templates to choose from. Something I can make my own! Thanks!
