I read the question as well as the answer. Here is my solution. borrow an Ubuntu linux live CD. boot from that. Enable internet while booting. Download Trinity Rescue Kit from www.trinityhome.org. Burn the image to a CD to get a live CD. Boot from that and remove all virus and malware using that. Other alternative is to reformat and reinstall windows which is not a very usefull option.
