Need Some Girl Advice Please?!?

So recently I have been talking a lot to this girl and me and her have become close friends and talk about a lot of things and she tells me things that she doesnt tell anyone else. Heres the thing she has labeled are relationship as just a friendly one and not a romantic one. I have grown to really like this girl and even though she says we are just friends some things lead me to believe otherwise. For instance she will sit on my lap, hold my hand and hug me and have me hold onto her. Are these things all signs that she wants to take things to a romantic level or am i just misreading them? Please I could use some help here and I just want some advice on how to precede with our relationship. Thanks!
