Can you recover Windows 7 after it has been deleted off of the hard drive?

Hi, I am in a major issue! I downloaded Ubuntu 10.1 the other day and, was using it as a dual bootloader with windows. I saved all of my files from windows on to a USB. I installed Ubuntu, removing windows, as I must have misread on the Ubuntu site, as I thought it said you could go back to windows after installing Ubuntu. So I installed Ubuntu and I dont like it. Is there any way on earth that I can recover windows as I dont want to pay full price for it?! Help. Thanks for any comments. Also I have tried other Linux software but, I hate those too!
