I think she probably still likes you. But you stopped talking to her, bad idea. Even though you didn't want to encourage her feelings it usually just makes it worse. And she probably told you about sleeping with another guy because she misses her best friend. I think at this point she could care less about having a relationship with you, she probably just misses having someone to talk to.
