I have overdosed!!!!!!!!!!!?

Misread my medication and took 6 x 250mg penicillin, 3 x ibuprofen, 6 x 500 mg paracetamol in the last 14 hours. feel a bit dizzy. it said take 2 of the penicillin, only 1 ibuprofen and 2 paracetamol but i mixed it up. i dont feel like im dying but what do you reckon i should do? Overdosed about 3 hours ago, not been sick or anything, just feel a little dizzy. it was accidental. i dont feel any pain or anything, just slightly dizzy
