I'm close to giving up - should I?

your not going to find somebody if u don't try.. if ur a bit anti social when it comes to women then their are some solutions...you said u have friends.. so get them to hook you up with one of their cute friends.. double date.. even if its a double blind date.. hook up one of ur friends and they return the favor.. pretty soon u actually create a great situation and potential for a good relation ship.. and remember it is just a date.. its nothing official.. ur simply trying to get to know somebody you find attractive and you hope they like what they get to know just as much... don't give up.. don't lose hope.. there is somebody out there.. allot of somebodies but ur never going to find them if u stay under your rock... unfortunately being a guy means that a girl will rarely come to you.. you have to branch out... get out of the comfort zone even just a Little bit.. approaching a girl doesn't mean ur gonna get married ur just trying to get to know her.. if it doesn't work out then life goes on and u stay at it.. go to places you enjoy.. similar interests are great convo starters..
