How to make a band? I dont have money enough! Please answer this!?

I am 15 yrs old and i need to make a band... My friend says me that my voice is like adam young- owl city.. So i think i should have a band! So please can you say me some softwares,microphone names(which are best for singing),software for editing my voice like owl city.. And to make an electronica lab at my home.. If you can give me full information i'll be very gratefull to you... Please help me! Thank you...
